The other day i was bored, so i grabbed a Harry Potter and started reading. Then i remembered something. Something about this LITTLE BLOG I FORGOT ABOUT!!! So i just signed on and saw that my last post was saying HAPPY 4th OF JULY EVERYONE!
That means its been..... 3 months since i last blogged. And in that time, 2 major things have happened. One of them being that my sister and I flew over to California to spend a week and a half with my Godmother and her AWESOME FAMILY. (That happened July 8th-July 18th) So that was the big thing in July. (I will dedicate an entire blog to our cali vacation, i promise)
August was pretty quiet, nothing very exciting happened that month.
On September 3rd my brother got married! As you know, my sister and i were both bridesmaids. So, of course i didn't fall asleep until 4am the night before the wedding. I almost puked when i woke up. GOOD THING THE WEDDING WAS IN THE EVENING! I was all better by the time i had to get my hair done (thank GOD!)

Everything seemed to be going just fine. After i got my hair done my mother, sister and i had to stop back at our hotel room (Where the groom, best man and grooms men were getting ready, and where the limo would pick them up) to put our dresses on before we headed next door to the brides hotel room. Eventually, the limo came for the guys (Who, by the way, looked FOXY in their tuxes) and we were JUST ready to head to the brides hotel room when we got a phone call. Someone sideswiped the limo.
REALLY. Its supposed to be the best day of my brother and (at the time) soon to be sister in laws life and some loser has to hit the limo?!?!? But, everybody was okay and the damage to the limo wasn't that bad. It made us bridesmaids and the Bride a little late to the church, but we made it alright!

Oh, did i mention that the wedding was in the middle of hurricane earl? We were all pretty worried but all stupid earl turned out to be was a little rain and some wind. No big deal!
The worst part about earl was that it made the weather very humid. And there was no A.C. in that church. I swear, it must have been at LEAST 90 degrees in there. I thought my heels would melt into the floor! I can see it. I'm walking down and my shoes just meld RIGHT INTO THE FLOOR. And I'm just stuck standing there.

Good thing that didn't happen.

Other than the intensely hot church, everything else was awesome. The music at the reception was great, the food was great, dancing was great. And all people there were great.
HOWEVER. One last crazy thing happened.

At around 11 o'clock pm the owner of the Commonwealth in Quincy said he was going to open the doors to the public. (The reception was held in the function room.) And i just thought that meant that a few people might wander in and order a drink.
Oh no! It turned into an episode of Jersey Shore in there. Maybe 200 people all flooded in to the room at once and the few people that were still there for the wedding awkwardly decided to leave. We didn't know it was going to turn into a nightclub! This random guy walked RIGHT INTO ME. Seriously, we waked heads! And it hurt! Hmmph!

Well, that's pretty much everything about the wedding! Maybe ill post some pix soon, if your real good! :)

Happy 4th of July!

Happy 4th of July everybody!

We kicked off the weekend by going to a carnival last night. The rides were fun, and the fireworks were AMAZING!

Perez Hilton is in some TROUBLE. Why you ask?

Well, Miley Cyrus, was stepping out of a car you see. And somebody with a camera got a picture of Miss Cyrus getting out. And i guess she forgot her underwear? Anyhow, Perez posted the picture on his website. He did however give a warning saying not to click to see the picture if you are "easily offended". I guess alot of people clicked that link because now hes facing charges! Hes facing these charges because since Miley IS ONLY 17 the picture is considered child porn.
I guess we all forgot that she's still a kid after all those other pictures.
And since i like to talk a little about fashion on this blog i guess its time for me to pick apart Perez's wardrobe.
HATE THE JACKETS .

I mean i know hes a gossip blogger... And gay, but, NOBODY should have the right to wear a floral suit jacket. Its 2010 people! No more big ugly floral prints!

Oh-ho-ho- and DON'T GET ME STARTED ON MILEY'S LESBIAN KISS ON STAGE!

Miley Cyrus, Age 17 was pictured on stage kissing a female backup dancer. She was performing her new hit "Cant be tamed" which I.. Actually like. HOWEVER! That is no way for a 17 year old girl to be acting. Whether Miley likes it or not little girls look up to her. She says she "Doesn't want to be a role model for young girls". HONEY, IF YOU HAVE A SHOW ON THE DISNEY-FREAKING-CHANNEL LITTLE GIRLS ARE GOING TO START LOOKING UP TO YOU!

Summertime: Almost C.A?! OMG DRESS DRAMA!

Hello all!
I know that i haven't blogged anything for a long time. You see, its almost summer so Ive got alot of stuff to do before all the craziness happens!
News:
On July 8th I'll be going over to California for about two weeks with my sister and we're SUPER EXCITED ABOUT IT!
My brothers getting married in September and my sister and i are bridesmaids.. SO you know what that means... DRESSES AND SHOOOEEES!!!!
SHOES!!!! SHOES! DRESSES!! YES!! OH YES!
We went to a Davids bridal to look for dresses back in march and we all found dresses. Even Lindsay (my brothers fiance) went home with her wedding dress that day! So anyhow, we went back a month later to pick up our dresses and my sisters fit beautifully. My moms was a tad loose so they will get it altered.
MINE..? Oh my dress? It was too small.

The nice lady gave me a corset to try to make the dress fit and nothing was working. Yeah, no!
Nope that's not working. I just didn't understand!! The nice shiny tag on the outside of the dress had my size right there! I must have gained weight or something..
No, i just weighed myself the day before that's not it.

Then the lady looked at the tag on the INSIDE of the dress. It was one size smaller than what we ordered. WELL HOW LOVELY. We had to re- order the dress in the right size and it will be at the Davids bridal the end of next month.

The dress is really pretty, all of the dresses are a Delicious "Apple" color. We are all very excited for the wedding!

Oh summer.. Flip flops, beaches, swimsuits, GUYS, guys in swimsuits... Its all just great. I love summertime.

Finding old friends.

Facebook is a great way to keep in touch with friends that live far away! Its also a great way to find old friends, like friends you had before you moved and then lost touch with. I found a bunch of friends from 2nd grade and its great talking to them again!

"Kick ass" Actress too young for role? Free scooter!!

Many are talking about the new movie "Kick ass".
And its not just about the film its self. People are talking about the 11 year old actress that starred in the movie as "Hit girl". They don't like the fact that she has scenes where she kills people. Apparently the scenes are brutal!
I read up on this from www.foxnews.com here's a little bit of what they said.

"Seeing such an attractive young girl playing such a violent role gives the message that this type of behavior (and language) is not outrageous. It makes it harder for parents to declare something inappropriate when it is in popular movies or TV."

What is your opinion on the matter? It says that in the movie she said both the F-word and the C-word. That's a bit much for an 11 year old girl if you ask me...

Well happy Easter everybody!
Everybody is going to be with family, having dinner, going to church and most likely looking FAB. So whats everybody wearing? I stopped by Forever 21 to pick up my outfit, an adorable grey suit. I wore a pink Cami under it to give that happy springy feeling to it. BE CAREFUL. DON'T GET CHOCOLATE ON YOUR CLOTHES TODAY!

American Idol: Byebye Lacey Brown!

If you have been keeping up with American Idol than you would know what

A) Lacey Brown got kicked off last night

B) Crystal Bowersox is the best girl there

And C) That big mike is most likely the best guy there. And that he could probably kill you in a fight.

Now, lets talk about Tim Urban. He really should go home next week. I feel kinda bad for saying that because he's got a great personality and he SEEMS to be improving.. But.. *sigh* he just does not have the same amount of talent as the other people around him!
Every single guy that watches the show thinks he needs to "DIE RIGHT THERE ON THE STAGE" but i don't agree with that. Yeah, Tim should go home. But being so mean about saying it like that is just awful!

Katie, the girl from Connecticut also seems to be doing a little better. Lots of people aren't crazy about her because shes "Too cute" i don't know what they mean by that. Shes only 17! Give her a break!

I'm still working on making the blog look nicer. But I'm going to write a new post for you anyway!! This is hard work. Starting all over again, i mean. I forgot how hard it was to remember every detail of the old "Almost NYC" and now i can barely remember the color theme!! This will be the better, newer "Almost N.Y.C"!! The fact that the Title of the blog is covering up the model in the pictures face is driving me insane. I dont think i can move that, can i?

Miley Cyrus Hates Tabloids! Don't all celebs? Nah, Lindsay Lohan hates how much she loves them. Back to Miley though, Check out what i read from GossipinGabby about it.

OHH!! If you liked that than your just gonna LOVE THIS. His name is Jesus Luz. JESUS. HAA!! Madonna and Jesus. Of course its not pronounced the same as Jesus as in.. Jesus Christ. But still!! Apparently, dating a younger man helps Madonna feel younger. Well, GOOD FOR HER.

I know you must be confused... I am. We were experiencing technical difficulties and unfortunately I had to delete the old "Almost N.Y.C" So i made a new one! I know, the layout is blah and the colors are weird. We are still setting the whole thing up. So this is just a quick update while we are setting the blog back up! We hope to make it even better than the last one.
